THE PERSONAL/ LIFE COACHING PROCESS

The usual life coaching process is as follows

Intial Session

You book an initial Session.

In the initial session, we establish what you want to achieve from coaching, and start to work out what's been holding you back. You'll make progress right from the start. For example, we have known people be cured of longstanding phobias in the initial session.

The Way Forward

Sometimes just one session is enough for the time being. However normally after the initial session we would arrange a course of coaching sessions. These might be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and can be face to face, on the phone or a mixture.

You do not have to commit to any particular number of sessions, and there are various Options as to how the sessions are arranged.

Coaching Notes

After each session you are provided with brief notes setting out what we discussed and any actions you committed to. These are then followed up at the next session.
