ASometimes it can help a lot just talking to someone who understands but has no personal agenda. Coaching can also definitely help you move forward, whether it be by changing your behaviour to get the hours in, changing your perspective on the situation or even changing your job!



Coaching does not go on for years and years. We help you meet your objectives and move on.

QHow long will I need to be coached for?

AThis very much depends on what you want from the sessions. Most people opt for a structured course of sessions taking place over about six months, but some have a more intensive program over a shorter time period.

QIs it really possible to overcome a phobia in one session?

AUsually, yes, although it does depend on the cause of the phobia. Some people prefer to have a few follow up sessions just to make sure the change is fully ingrained.



QMy partner really needs some coaching. How do I persuade him to get some?!

AThis is a tricky one. Some people who are "persuaded" into coaching find it of great value. However others aren't willing to put in the effort and therefore won't get the full benefit from it. If he doesn't respond to subtle hints, the time may not be right for him.
