Before you have a face-to-face session, we offer brief initial email advice free of charge to potential personal/ life coaching clients.

Please fill out the contact form giving details of the area in which you would like help, and we will get in touch by email with further questions. Once you have answered these we will give you some initial basic advice by email.

Obviously email cannot replace face-to-face or telephone coaching. However, we can give you some pointers and ideas which should be of help whether or not you decide coaching is for you.

This coaching is available to professionals, business owners and people in management positions. If you are interested in coaching but work in a different area, please do contact us and we will refer you to an appropriately qualified coach. We work with a network of post graduate qualified coaches.
